肿痛安糊剂与替硝唑碘仿糊剂治疗干槽症疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:比较肿痛安糊剂与替硝唑碘仿糊剂治疗干槽症的效果。方法:临床选择干槽症患者90例,随机分为肿痛安组、替硝唑碘仿糊剂组、对照组,每组各30例,实验组分别采用肿痛安糊剂、替硝唑碘仿糊剂填塞牙槽窝,对照组采用碘仿纱条填塞牙槽窝,比较三种方法的治疗效果。结果:肿痛安糊剂组、替硝唑碘仿糊剂组、对照组治疗干槽症有效率分别为93.3%、96.6%、76.6%,实验组与对照组之间差异有显著性(P<0.05),两实验组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:肿痛安糊剂与替硝唑碘仿糊剂治疗干槽症的疗效可靠,两者的疗效均明显优于碘仿纱条,值得在临床推广。Objective： To compare the effects of zhongtongan paste and tinidazole- iodoform paste for dry socket.Methods： We selected 90 dry socket patiens in elinie, then divided them into three groups： zhongtongan paste group（30）, tinidazole - Iodoform paste group（30） and eontrol group（30）, then pluged them into teeth socket separately, compared the therapeutic effects of three groups.Results： The effective rates of three groups were 93.3 %, 96.6%, 76.6% repectively, there was significant difference between experiment groups and eontrol group（P 〈 0. 05）, there was no significant difference between experiment groups （ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： Zhongtongan paste and tinidazole - iodoform paste were effective for dry socket, two methods were better than iodoform eotton strip in effect,and were worth extending in clinic.
