摘　　要：目的:探讨核基质蛋白22(NMP22)对膀胱移行细胞癌的临床诊断价值。方法:对27例膀胱癌和22例疑似膀胱癌患者尿中NMP22浓度及尿细胞学进行检测,计算诊断敏感性和特异性。结果:膀胱癌和疑似膀胱癌患者尿NMP22含量的中位数分别为64.10U·ml-1,12.95U·ml-1,差别有显著性意义(P<0.01);尿NMP22诊断膀胱癌敏感性为85.2%,特异性为36.4%;尿脱落细胞学诊断膀胱癌的敏感性为18.2%,特异性为100%。结论:NMP22可能成为检测膀胱移行细胞癌的良好辅助手段。Objective：To study the clinical value of nuclear matrix protein 22（NMP22） in the diagnosis of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder. Methods： The urinary NMP22 levels in 27 cases of bladder cancer and 22 cases of suspected bladder cancer were detected, meanwhile the urinary cytological examinations were performed. Results：The medium NMP22 value was 64.10 U·ml^-1 in bladder cancer group and 12.95 U·m1^-1 in suspected bladder cancer group, with a significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.01 ） . The sensibivities of NMP22 and cytology in the diagnosis of bladder cancer were 85.2% and 18.2% respectively, and the specificities were 36.4% and 100% respectively.Conclusion：Urinary NMP22 might be an useful adjuvant diagnostic marker for the detection of bladder cancer.
