深低温长期保存角膜行穿透性角膜移植术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察深低温长期保存角膜行穿透性角膜移植术的临床效果。方法观察组25例(25只眼)采用深低温长期保存角膜行穿透性移植术。对照组23例(23只眼)采用新鲜人尸角膜行穿透性移植术。随访3～32个月。结果观察组中角膜植片透明18例(占72.0%),半透明5例,混浊1例,眼球摘除1例。对照组中角膜植片透明17例(占73.5%),半透明5例,混浊1例。两组植片透明情况无统计学意义(χ2=0.022,P>0.05)。结论深低温长期保存角膜在穿透性角膜移植术中具有重要的临床价值和推广价值。Objective To explore the clinical effects of penetrating keratoplasty with long-term cryopreserved corneas. Methods In the observation group, 25 eyes received penetrating keratoplasty in the observation group, 23 eyes underwent penetrating transplantation with fresh eyes in the contrast group. The follow-up surveys lasted 332 months, Results In the observation group, 18 cases of corneal grafts remained clear（72 % ）, 5 semitransparent, 1 cloudy and the other one underwent enucleation of eyeballs. In the contrast group, 17 cases of corneal grafts remained clear（73.5）, 5 semitransparent, 1 cloudy. No significant difference was found between two groups. （X^2 =0.022, P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Penetrating keratoplasty with long-term cryopreserved corneas deserves be widely used for its great clinical value.
