银杏达莫联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死32例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察银杏达莫联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法将62例急性脑梗死患者,随即分为两组,治疗组应用银杏达莫联合奥扎格雷钠,对照组应用血塞通联合维脑路通,静脉滴注治疗。治疗2周后,分析对比两组的疗效及治疗组治疗前后血流变学指标的变化。结果治疗组总显效率、总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);血液流变学指标两组治疗后与治疗前比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05),两组治疗后比较有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论银杏达莫、奥扎格雷钠联合治疗急性脑梗死,疗效显著,而且无出血等并发症。Objective To explore the curative effects of ginkgo-damole and ozagrel in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods 62 cases of acute cerebral infarction were diveded in theto treatment group treated with ginkgo-damole and ozagrel, and the contrast group treated with xuesaitong and troxerutin intravenously. Results Contrasts of the curative effects and the changes in indexes of blood theology before and after the treatment of both groups were made （P〈0.01 ,or P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of ginkgo-damole and ozagrel in treating acute cerebral infarction can produce good curative effects without causing bleeding.
