摘  要:目的:研究脑缺血预处理对离体大鼠心脏再灌注损伤有无保护作用。方法:采用离体大鼠缺血再灌注模型,22只雄性SD大鼠随机分成单纯缺血复灌组(IR),经典预处理组(IPC),脑缺血预处理组(BPC),在Langendorff装置上对大鼠离体心脏进行灌流。比较分析各组左室舒张末期压力(LVEDP),左室发展压(LVDF)和心肌梗死面积。结果与I/R组比较,脑缺血预处理能明显增加复灌各个时间点的LVDP 恢复率,抑制LVEDP的增加(P<0.01),明显减小心肌梗死范围;且与经典预处理组比较差异无显著性。结论:脑缺血预处理对离体大鼠的心脏有保护作用,其保护程度与经典预处理的保护作用相似。Objective: To investigate the protective effect of brain ischemia preconditioning on isolated rat heart of ischemia-reperfusion injury, Methods: Langendorff reperfusion models of cardiac ischemic-reperfusion was established. Twenty-two male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: ischemic/reperfusion (I/R) group, classic ischemia preconditioning (IPC) group and brain ischemia preconditioning (BPC) group. Left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP), the recovery of left ventricular developed pressure (LVDP%), and myocardial infarct size were analyses. Results: In BPC group, LVDP% was significantly improved, and LVEDP decreased, infarct size reduced, compared with the I/R group, Conclusion: Brain ischemia preconditioning has a protective effect on myocardium from ischemia-reperfusion in.Jury. The protective effectiveness is similar to that of heart ischemic preconditioning.
