术前动脉化疗对进展期胃癌手术切除率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨术前动脉化疗对进展期胃癌手术切除率和根治率的影响。方法观察术前经2次动脉化疗后的97例进展期胃癌患者(治疗组)的手术切除率和根治率,并与同期未进行动脉化疗的102例进展期胃癌患者(对照组)进行对比。结果治疗组97例中89例(91.75%)获得切除,其中根治性切除65例(75.28%)。对照组102例中切除83例(81.37%),其中50例(60.24%)获得根治性切除。两组比较,差别有显著性意义(均P<0.05)。结论术前动脉化疗能提高进展期胃癌患者的手术切除率和根治率。Objective To examine the effect of preoperative arterial chemotherapy on rescctable rate and radical rate of the patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods The resectable rate and radical rate of 97 patients with advanced gastric cancer received two courses of preoperative arterial chemotherapy （ therapic group ） were analysed ， and compared with those of 102 patients with advenced gastric cancer underwent surgery alone （control group}. Results The reseetable rate in therapie group was higher than that in control group（91.75% vs 81.37% ,P 〈0.05）. The radical rate in therapie group was also higher than that in control group（75.28% vs 60.24% ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Preoperative arterial chemotherapy can elevate the resectable rate and radical rate of the patients with adveneed gastric cancer underwent surgery.
