摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预对口腔癌手术患者生存质量的影响。方法将89例口腔癌住院手术患者随机分为两组,干预组45例,对照组44例,两组均进行常规手术治疗和护理,干预组在此基础上进行心理干预,比较两组患者手术后生存质量指标得分。结果干预组生存质量指标得分与对照组有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论对口腔癌手术患者进行心理干预,可以减轻患者的不良心理反应,提高手术后生存质量。Objective To analyze the relationship between psychological interference and survival quality of patients with oral cancer. Methods 89 indoor patients were divided in test group and control group. All patients received surgery and nursing care except the psychological interference hd been given to the patients in test group. The survival quality was made comparison in these groups. Results The score of survival quantity in test group was found significantly higher than that in control group. Conclusions Psychological interference may contribute to release the mental stress and improve the survival quality in patients with oral cancer.
