摘 要:为了准确测试电磁阀的音速流导,把多变指数引入放气法测试气动元件流量特性的数据处理过程。首先介绍了数据处理原理,接着对一个电磁阀的放气压力曲线进行了数据处理,分别把放气过程看作绝热过程和多变过程,通过计算得到放气电磁阀的音速流导。实验结果表明:放出法中把放气过程看作多变过程,比绝热过程得到的音速流导的随时间的分散度提高一倍,表明更能准确地得到电磁阀的音速流导。在实际测试中,多变过程法有着很高的应用价值。In order to obtain accurate sonic conductance of solenoid valve, polytropic exponent was used first time during the data processing in the discharge method for measurement pneumatic component flow rate characteristics. At first the data processing principle was introduced, then the discharge pressure data of the measured solenoid valve was processed to measure sonic conductance with two methods: one is taken the discharge process as adiabatic process, the other is taken it as polytropic process. The experiment results indicate that the method of polytropic process is more accurate to obtain the sonic conductance. During the actual measurement, polytropic process method has high applicable value.
