摘　　要：目的探讨磁共振胰胆管成像(MRCP)对胆总管癌的诊断价值。方法对39例手术病理证实的胆总管癌病人术前进行了MRCP检查。结果39例胆总管癌术前MRCP均获得了具有诊断价值的MRCP图像。MRCP准确地显示了手术病理证实的胆总管癌的梗阻部位(39/39,100%)。MRCP对胆总管癌的诊断准确率为97%(38/39)。结论MRCP能清楚地显示胆总管癌的准确部位,并能对之做出准确的诊断。Objective To study the diagnostic value of MRCP in cholangiocarcinoma. Methods MRCP in 39 patients with cholangiocarcinoma eomfirmed by surgery and pathology were performed on a GE 1.5T superconductive MR imaging unit before operations. Results MRCP imagings with diagnostic value were obtained in 39 cases, MRCP accurately showed the obstructive positions confirmed by surgery and pathology in all cases （ 100% ）. The qualitative rate of eholangiocarcinoma was 97% （ 38/39 ）. Conclusion MRCP cart not only accurately show the position of eholangiocarcinoma but also make accuracy diagnosis.
