摘 要:①目的探讨胃癌组织中肝细胞生长因子(HGF)及其受体(cMet)的表达与微血管密度(MVD)的关系及其意义。②方法应用组织芯片技术结合免疫组织化学SP法对88例胃癌组织及相应癌旁胃组织中HGF、cMet的表达及以CD105为标记的MVD进行观察。③结果cMet在肿瘤组织与癌旁胃组织中的表达差异有显著性(χ2=59.9,P<0.001);HGF、cMet在不同组织分化、分期胃癌的表达差异无显著性;在有无淋巴结转移、远处转移胃癌组织之间表达差异有显著性(χ2=3.90~5.15,P<0.05);HGF、cMet高表达同MVD增强显著相关(t=12.82、9.38,P<0.01)。④结论HGF/cMet的表达在胃癌侵袭进展、肿瘤血管生成过程中起重要作用,为肿瘤治疗提供了可能的途径;组织芯片是平行、高效的病理学研究手段。Objective To study the relationship between hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)/c-Met and angiogenesis in gastric carcinoma. Methods The expression of HGF, c-Met and CD105 of 88 cases of gastric carcinoma and the adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry on tissue microarrays. Results The expression of c-Met in gastric carcinoma was significantly different from that of the adjacent tissues (X^2=59.9, P〈0. 001). The expression of HGF/d-Met correlated with lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis, but not with histological differentiation and stages. The expression of MVD increased significantly with increased expression of HGF/c-Met (t=12.82, 9.38; P〈0.01). Conclusion HGF/c-Met, which is important in the progress and angiogenesis of gastric carcinoma, may be a valuable way in tumor therapy. Tissue microarrays is parallel and efficient in pathological studies.
