纬缩疵点成因分析

摘　　要：从引纬和打纬时纬纱的受力情况入手,分析了织造过程中在引纬和打纬时由于纱线质量、机械状态和工艺配置等方面的原因而产生的纬缩,提出解决纬缩的方法和预防措施。Based on the force imposed on the filling during picking and beating-up processes, the kinky filling caused by the quality of yarns, mechanical status and technical parameter during the weaving motions, primarily the picking and beating-up processes was analyzed. A solution to the problem of kinky filling and measures of precaution was given.
