摘　　要：中法刑事诉讼强制措施有着诸多不同,法国强制措施的范围广泛,实行司法令状主义,并且赋予当事人有效的救济途径。这些值得我国刑诉工作者研究和借鉴。There are many differences between China and France in compulsory measures in criminal procedure. In France, the range of compulsory measures is wider, judicial writ is being undertaken completely, and the plaintiff is endued with effective ways of relief. All these deserve our research and learning.
