清热化湿养阴颗粒制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的探讨制备清热化湿养阴颗粒的最佳工艺。方法以收油率为指标,单因素筛选法拟定挥发油提取条件和βCD包合工艺;以总水提物和芍药苷含量为指标,正交实验法优选水提条件;以颗粒质量为指标,确定制粒工艺。结果确立了清热化湿养阴颗粒的最佳制备工艺。结论该工艺科学合理,简便实用,质量稳定,疗效确切。Objective： To establish the best extraction processes for Qingrehuashiyangyin Granules through. Methods：Choose the rate of accepting oil as an index, use single factor screening method to draw up the extraction condition of volatile oil and the fusion technology of β-CD; Choose the whole extract melted in the water and content of paeoniflorin as index, use the best condition of extract of orthogonal test; Choose the quality of granule as index to decide the technology of its production. Results：Form the best preparation technology of Qingrehuashiyangyin Granules. Conclusion：This technology is both scientific and reasonable, easy to use, and has stable quality with exact curative effect.
