摘  要:目的通过对甘草、丹参、黄连三种常用中药进行超微粉碎,比较所得微粉与常规粉碎的药材细粉在有效成分含量测定结果、粉体流动性、松密度等几方面的异同,为微米中药质量标准的建立提供依据。方法利用倍力超微粉碎技术进行药材的超微粉碎。结果微粉有效成分含量测定结果有所提高,松密度较恒定且变大、流动性稍差。结论药材经超微粉碎,有效成分含量测定结果变大,微粉粒子粒径均匀。Objective: Through the comparative study to the effective ingredient content, powder liquidity and bulk density,etc of the micro powder and fine powder of three common traditional Chinese medicinal materias: Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Salviae Militiorrhizae and Rhizoma Coptidis, reference can he supplied to the establishment of the identification and quality standard of micrometer traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: Use punchy attritioning technology to attrite the medicine. Results: The effective ingredient content of the micro powder rises, the bulk density is quite constant and getting larger and the liquidity is a little worse. Conclusion: Alter the traditional Chinese medicinal materias are attrited, the effective ingredient content rises and the particle size is uniform.
