摘　　要：在住宅工程中,水泥砂浆地面起砂、脱皮、空鼓、裂缝等现象大量存在,严重影响住宅的观感和使用效果被视为质量通病。笔者据多年实践生产经验对其产生的原因进行初步分析,并提出了相应的防治措施。There are some quality common faults in dwelling house engineering, such as sugaring, desquamate, empty and tympanic, and crack, which can seriously affect the impressions and usage effect of dwelling house. According to his many years experience and analyses of their causations, the author puts forward relevant prevention measure.
