高校学风建设的问题与对策

摘　　要：学风是一所大学的灵魂,是学校生存与发展的精神支柱.当前高校学风存在的问题主要表现在学习目的不科学、缺乏学习热情、学习纪律松懈、专业思想淡薄、学习内容不均衡等方面.因此,要充分调动高校学生学习的积极性和主动性,从根本上激发学生的学习动力,营造一个良好的学习氛围,建立起一种促进高校学风建设工作持续发展的长效机制,促进优良高校学风的形成.Academic discipline is the soul of a university, the spiritual backbone of its subsistence and development. Nowadays there are many problems in institutes such as unscientific goal of study,lack of enthusiasm, laxation of discipline, dimness of specialty, disequilibrium of content and so on. Therefore, we should fundamentally fuel the positivity and initiativeness of the students, stimulate to the full the motive’ of study, create a favorable atmosphere, establish a slow-release mechanism that can foster the construction of the academic discipline sustainably, so as to facilitate the formation of excellent academic discipline.
