摘 要:小麦苗在不同浓度的聚乙二醇中处理24小时,叶片相对含水量(RWC)在聚乙二醇浓度为20%时降至88%,以K+渗出率与相对电导率衡量的质膜透性显著升高,过氧化物酶活性在轻微胁迫时增加,随胁迫增强又下降,膜脂肪酸配比无变化。NdCl3可减少胁迫下RWC的下降,抑制K+与电解质的渗出,但不改变膜脂肪酸的配比,并发现NdCl3在短时间内即有降低叶片电解质外渗的效应。After Wheat seedlings are treated with different concentrations of PEG-6000 for 24h,their relative water content(RWC)decreased to 88% when PEG concentration was 20%.While their plasma membrane permeability expressed in K+ leakage and electrical conductivity increased significantly.The peroxidase activity increased during slight stress and decreased during serious stress.The fatty acid composition in membrane lipids did not change apparently.Treating the seedlings with NdCl3 of 35μmol/L reduced decrease in RWC and leakage of K+ and electrolytes in 30 minutes,but did not affect the acid composition in membrane lipids.
