弹性义齿联合铸造金属支架修复无牙颌临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:通过与传统全口义齿比较,评价弹性义齿联合铸造金属支架修复无牙颌患者的临床疗效。方法:分别选取用弹性义齿与铸造金属支架联合制作全口义齿修复和用热凝塑料制作全口义齿修复的无牙颌患者各120例,通过问卷调查和临床实验,评价两者的临床效果。结果:两种不同的修复方法在美观度、舒适性、固位功能、语音功能和咀嚼功能方面有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:弹性义齿与铸造金属支架联合制作全口义齿修复无牙颌有很好的临床效果。Objective： Compared with traditional complete denture , the clinical effect of resilient denture combined with a casting metal support to repair the edentu lous jaws was evaluated . Method：240 cases were divided into 2 groups. One group was repaired with resilient dentures and casting metal supports, while the other one was used with traditional complete dentures. The clinical effects of two groups were evaluated throng the questionaire and clinical tests. Result： Twokinds of complete dentures have significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The resilient dentrures combined with casting metal supports to repair the edentu lous jaws can achieve good clinical effects.
