正中早接触点与颞下颌关节慢性疼痛的关系

摘　　要：目的:定位颞下颌关节慢性疼痛患者的正中早接触点,评价解除早接触干扰对缓解颞下颌关节疼痛的作用。方法:通过面弓转移,记录正中关系,上颌架,测量13例颞下颌关节慢性疼痛患者正中弧差及疼痛指数的变化,并在颌架的介导下去除正中早接触干扰。结果:正中弧差与疼痛指数完全负相关(P<0.001),调牙合可减少疼痛指数和增大正中弧差(P<0.001)。结论:调牙合是改善颞下颌关节慢性疼痛的一种可行方法。Objective： The aim of this study was to evaluate the usefulness of removing the centric premature contacts （PCs） on on temporomandibular joint chronic pain patients. Method： The centric relation of 13 temporomandibular joint chronic pain patients were transferred with the face-bow, recorded with the special register silicon, and mounted on the adjustable articulator. Two parameters of the changes of the centric arc minus and pain index（visual analog scale, VAS） were measured . The occlusal interferences were removed piloted by the articulator. Result：The centric arc minus was perfect negative correlation with the pain index（ r = - 0.63, P 〈 0. 001 ）, occlusal adjustment can enlarge the centric arc minus and reduce the plan index significantly （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion： Occlusal adjustment is reliable to relieve temporomandibular joint pain properly.
