PF方案化疗同步放射治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨PF方案化疗同步放射治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的疗效。方法将72例鼻咽癌患者分为,治疗组(38例)采用化疗+放射治疗,对照组(34例)采用单纯放疗。结果治疗组1、3、5年生存率,分别为94.74%、84.21%、63.16%,对照组分别为76.47%、58.82%、47.06%;两组对比,1、3年生存率有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组的毒副反应,主要是口腔黏膜反应、恶心呕吐、白细胞下降,其中Ⅱ度及以上发生率分别为78.95%、34.21%及52.66%,对照组分别为26.47%、5.88%和0,两组对照有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论PF方案化疗同步放射治疗晚期鼻咽癌可以提高1-3年生存率;毒副反应主要是口腔黏膜反应、恶心呕吐和白细胞下降。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of PF regimen plus concurrent radiation therapy in the treatment of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）. Methods Seventy - two cases of NPC were randomly divided into either theraputic group or cont fast group.Theraputic group（38 cases）, received PF regimen plus concurrent radiation therapy, contrast group （34 cases）only received radiation therapy. Results The 1, 3, 5 - year survival rates of the theraputic group were 94.78 %, 84.21%, 63.15 %, while contrast group were 76.47 %,58.82 %, 47.05 %, respectively, however, The 1, 3 - year survival rates of theraputic group were higher than those of contrast group, the difference between groups were statisticlly significant（ P 〈 0.05）. the Side - effects of the theraputic group include mouth mucosa damage, nausea and vomiting andleukocytopenia, however, the Side - effects 〉 Ⅱ were 78.9%, 34.21%, 52.69% in theraputic group, while contrast group were 26.47 %, 5.88 %, 0. there were statisticlly significant differences between two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion PF regimen plus concurrein radiation therapy can increase the 1, 3 - year survival rates of advanced NPC. The side - effects of this method include mouth mucosa damage, nausea and vomiting and leukocytopenia.
