摘  要:目的观察炎性牙周组织对正畸牙齿移动中牙周骨组织改建的影响。方法建立牙周病动物模型,将40只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常牙移动组和牙周炎牙移动组,近中移动大鼠上颌第一磨牙,比较两组大鼠的牙移动距离,并通过HE染色进行组织学观察。结果既定时间内,牙周炎组牙移动距离大于正常牙移动组;牙周炎牙移动组压力侧破骨现象明显增加,牙周及根尖创伤也更大,张力侧成骨活动减弱并滞后。结论进行正畸治疗一定要重视局部牙周组织的健康,对牙周炎患者应行彻底的牙周治疗和维护,并适当延长复诊周期。Objective To evaluate the periodontal responses and bone remodeling to orthodontic tooth movement in rats with periodontitis. Methods 40 adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups: non-periodontitis and periodontitis. The experimental group was induod for periodentifis by placing a cotton ligature around the cervix of the first upper molars for 4 weeks. Then all rats were treated with the fixed orthodontic appliance by 50 g forces that moved mesially the maxillary first molars and the animals were sacrificed at the corresponding treatment time. The distance of tooth movement were measured and periodontal tissues were studies histologically, Results Statistical analysis by Student' s paired t test showed that the speed of tooth movement in rats with periodontitis was faster than in controls (P 〈 0.05). In the histologically examination, the bone forrnation and the number of the osteublast were suppressive in rats with periodontitis, whereas the bone resorption increased significantly. Conclusion The present study shows that the risk of deficiency of bone formation in patients with periodontitis submitted to orthodontie treatment, and treatment were delayed until the inflammatory signs have subsided.
