摘　　要：随着高等教育的迅猛发展,承担着为高校教学、科研服务和管理职责的院系办公室也面临着新的情况和问题。高校院系办公室应不断适应新的形势,探索规律,加强整合,提高管理和服务水平。Along with the fast development of the higher education, the department office of undertake to serve and manage for the university teaching and researching of science and technology is also face the new circumstance and problems.The department office in the university should adapt the new situation continuously, analyze the regulation, strengthen the integration, raise the management and service levels.
