摘　　要：通过总结《广东农业科学》编辑部在组织学习型组织过程中的探索和实践经验,阐述了学习型编辑部组织学习的理念和目标,并就制定学习内容、优化学习方式、创建学习文化等方面实践、交流体会和看法,针对进一步强化学习型编辑部的体制建设提出了发展计划,为科技期刊创建学习型编辑部提供借鉴和做法。Through summarizing the practice and experience of constructing learning type editorial department for the Journal of Guangdong Agricultural Sciences, the paper has expounded the concept and aim of organizing learning type editorial department, It has also formulated learning content, optimized learning style, and created practice in learning culture. The paper has exchanged experience and views, put forward development plans for further strengthening learning type editorial department system and provided reference and practice in creating learning type editorial departments for sci-tech periodicals.
