摘　　要：目的腮腺部分切除术治疗腮腺浅叶混合瘤的临床疗效.方法对38例腮腺混合瘤患者采用腮腺部分切除术并与40例腮腺浅叶常规切除术相比较.结果腮腺部分切除术手术时间显著缩短,并发症显著减少,术后随访1～5年无复发病例.结论腮腺部分切除术是治疗腮腺浅叶混合瘤较为安全有效的方法.Aim The purpose of this study was to evaluate the result of the parotid parotidectomy in the treatment of parotid pleomorphic adenoma. Methods The regional excision of parotid gland was applied in 38 cases with pleomorphic adenoma and comparison was made with superficial parotidertomy. Results The regional excision had the following advantages： shortening the time of operation,decreasing the complication,avoiding the facial deformity and reserving the function of parotid glands. Conclusion Partial parotidectomy is a safe and effective method in the treatment of parotid pleomorphic adenoma.
