摘　　要：将BOT融资方式引入高校建设领域,不但是解决高校经费紧缺困扰的有效途径,而且开拓了社会资本的投资渠道,应用价值和开发前景都相当可观。Introducing BOT in the projects of higher education will not only serve as an effective way to resolve the funding shortfalls but also open up the channel of funding from private capitals. It＇s future development and significance is very promising.
