摘　　要：高校学生欠费问题是近几年高校收费管理工作中出现的新问题,也是困扰高校建设和发展的新障碍。目前高校学生欠费现象日趋严重,欠费人数多、欠费金额大、欠费时间长,这有主观原因,但主要是客观原因。只有完善助学贷款制度才是解决高校学生欠费问题的根本对策。University students being in debt is a new problem in the fee management in university, it is also the obstacle of construction and development in university. At present, the problem is becoming more and more serious, for example, the number of people and debt is bigger and bigger, and the debt period is longer and longer. There are subjective and objective reasons but the objective one is the main reason. Only perfecting the system of students loans can the problem of being in debt be solved.
