摘　　要：移动导航定位系统是对移动目标实施自动动态导航的系统。介绍移动GIS的原理、组成及开发平台等。重点分析了地图数据的存储与管理、路径规划、定位数据的接收处理、串口通信技术地图匹配、无线通信等关键技术。最后,介绍基于PDA 移动导航定位系统的实现及其应用。The mobile navigation and positioning system is used to carry out dynamic auto-navigation of mobile objects. The paper introduces the principle, composition and development platform of Mobile GIS. We placed emphases on analysis of the key technology in the system, including spatial data storage and management, route programming, serial port communication, map matching, transmitting and receiving of wireless message etc. At last, the paper presents the implementation and application of the mobile navigation and positioning system based on PDA.
