摘　　要：青藏铁路二期土建工程第十九标段位于唐古拉山南麓的无人区内,全长25.8km,主要工程有路基工程、桥梁工程、涵洞工程等。由于自然条件恶劣,施工难度大,因此如何搞好工程质量是工程的关键。介绍了工程质量管理模式及相关成功经验。The 19th section of Qinghai-Tibet Railway, the total length of 25.8 km, is located in the depopulated area at the southern foot of Tanggula Mountain, of which the main works are railway roadbed, bridge and culvert etc. As the construction is quite difficult under the poor natural condition therein, the key link of the project is how to guarantee the quality of the project. Therefore, both the quality control mode and the relevant successful experiences of the project are described herein.
