摘 要:通过对全解耦、近似解耦和能量解耦的分析并结合工程实际,提出一种基于LMI的输入输出H∞解耦控制方法.该方法综合考虑了耦合通道和控制通道的控制效果,将解耦问题视为干扰抑制和多自由度跟踪的复合控制问题.在解耦控制设计中有更多的自由度,可依工程实际要求作相应调整,获得最优的综合指标.将该解耦方法应用于热连轧高度和张力控制系统,仿真结果表明可获得良好的解耦效果和控制特性.An in-out decoupling method based on H∞ theory and LMI algorithms is put forward through the analysis of decoupling methods such as completely decoupling, incompletely decoupling and energy decoupling, and the analysis of engineering practice. Taking performance of control channel and decoupling channel into consideration simultaneously, the proposed method provides a way to transform the decoupling problem into a problem of combining disturbance attenuation problem and setpoint track problem with several freedom of motion. So the present method has more freedom in design to fulfill a comprehensive optimization target by satisfying requirements in practice. The method is applied to the looper height and tension control of hot strip mill. Simulation result proves effectiveness of the method in both decoupling effect and control performance.
