摘  要:概述了低压ZnO压敏电阻的重要添加剂的作用,阐述了其电性能“三参数”(压敏电压梯度、非线性系数和漏电流)的影响因素。用低压ZnO压敏电阻的基本配方,以及在此基础上分别添加Co2O3、MnCO3、Co2O3+MnCO3四种配方制备样品作对比实验。发现Co2O3、MnCO3掺杂后都能引起压敏电压梯度升高,非线性系数显著提高,漏电流明显降低,且效果Co2O3+MnCO3大于MnCO3大于Co2O3。对造成上述差别的原因进行了深入分析。The important additions of low-voltage ZnO varistor and the factors of Electrical Properties( breakdown voltage gradient,nonlinear coefficient and current leakage) are summarized. Comparisons are made with the samples which are fabricated by four kinds of compounds: ZnO-Bi2O3-TiO2 basic compound, basic compound with Co2O3 addition, basic compound with MnCO3 addition and basic compound with Co2O3 + MnCO3 additions. Both Co2O3 and MnCO3 can make the breakdown voltage gradient increased, the nonlinear coefficient increased and the current leakage decreased. But the effect of Co2O3 + MnCO3 additions are more efficient than MnCO3 ; MnCO3 is more efficient than Co2O3,The reason of the difference between Co2O3 + MnCO3, MnCO3 and Co2O3 is analyzed in the end。
