摘　　要：建立锻压机械加工过程中的力学模型,分析作用力与产品质量、模具状态之间的关系。利用力的特征量组成的模式向量的端点位置刻划产品质量和模具状态,并制定了判断产品质量、模具状态的门限值。A mechanics model of the forging machinery producing process is established. The relationship between upsetting force, the product quality and the mould state during producing process is analyzed. The movement of the end of pattern vector on the plane indicates the quality of the product and the mould state. A threshold value of the product quality is described.
