寻常性银屑病与载脂蛋白Eε2相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨我国汉族人寻常性银屑病(PV)与载脂蛋白E(ApoE)等位基因2的相关性。方法采用聚合酶链反应限制性长度多态性(PCR-RPLP)方法,分析汉族人群中100名健康者和101例PV患者ApoE基因型,其中包括I型银屑病患者83例,Il型18例。按严重程度将银屑病分为三度(轻度31例,中度29例,重度41例)进行探讨。结果在PV组ε3/2基因型和ε2等位基因频率显著高于健康对照组,且ε2等位基因与PV密切关联(RR=2.9096,χ2=5.263,P<0.05)。ε3/2基因型和ε2等位基因频率在I型银屑病组和中、重度组中分别高于II型银屑病和轻度组,但无统计学意义。结论ApoE分子在银屑病发病过程中起着重要作用。ε2等位基因可能是PV的一个危险因素,并与PV的发病年龄和严重程度有关。Objective To analyze the correlation between apolipoprotein E allelee2 and psoriasis vulgaris （PV） in the Han nationality of Chinese population. Methods To use polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphison （ PCR-RFLP） techniques to determine the genotypes of apolipoprotein E （ApoE） in 101 patients with PV and 100 healthy controls from the Han nationality,including 83 patients with type Ⅰ psoriasis and 18 patients with type Ⅱ psoriasis or 31 patients with mild type and 29 patients with moderate type and 41 patients with severe type psoriasis. Results The frequency of ε3/2 genotype and ε2 allele were significantly higher in PV than that in healthy controls, and PV was associated with the 2 allele （ RR = 2. 9096,X^2 = 5.263, P 〈 0.05 ） . The tendency to have higher frequencies of ε3/2 genotype and allele 2 was more apparent in the patients with type Ⅰ psoriasis than with type Ⅱ psoriasis,with severe or moderate type than mild type,but these differences fell short of statistical significance. Conclusion The ApoE molecule plays an important role in the development of PV,and apolipoprotein allele 2 is a new risk factor for PV.
