翅茎香青精油的化学成分

摘　　要：从江西省武功山采集的翅茎香青［Ａｎａｐｈａｌｉｓｐｔｅｒｏｃａｕｌａ（Ｆｒａｎｃｈ．ｅｔＳａｖａｔ．）Ｍａｘｉｍ．］，其精油通过ＧＣ及ＧＣ／ＭＳ分析，共鉴定了３１个化合物，占总量的９０．９１％。其中主要成分为β－丁香烯，含量达４０％以上，为翅茎香青精油的主体成分。油样经轻工业部上海香科研究所评定，认为它与山油的香气相似。可用于调香。The essential oils of Anaphalis pterocaule ( Franch. et Sanat. ) Maxim.from Wu-Gong Mountain of Jiangxi province were analysed by capillary GC/MS/DS techniques. Thiny one compounds which accounted to 90. 91 % of total essential oils have been indentified.β-Caryophyllene (40 . 39 % ) was the main componet among the essential oils. The essential oils of Anaphalts pterocaula were evaluated by the flavour as similar to the Shan-Qiu(Anaphalis magaritacea)essential oils.Therefore, the essential oils of Anaphalis pterocauta may be used as a perfumery material.
