摘　　要：目前关于诉讼时效适用范围的界定之理论可说是众彩纷纭,但对其之论述多为就事论事,尚无人系统地研究。下列五种因素对诉讼时效适用范围影响较大,它们是诉讼时效功能之设计、时效的立法例之选择、诉讼时效的性质的界定、诉讼时效完成的效力及诉讼时效与除斥期间的关系。There are a great number of theories about the scope of applieation of the limitation of actions,but no one has studied it systematiclly. There are five factors that affect the scope of application of the limitation of actions deeply,they are the design of the function of the limitation of actions, the choice of legislaton of the limitation of actions and the acquisitive prescription, the character of the limitaion of actions, the effecte of the limitation of actions, the difference between the limitation of actions and scheduled period.
