洋参丸辐照后的灭菌效果与品质变化

摘　　要：洋参丸经￣（６０）Ｃｏ－γ射线８ｋｇｙ辐照后，灭菌效果显著，含菌数不超过国家规定的卫生标准。人参皂甙含量略有减少，为４．６０％，与对照相比，差异不显著。辐照洋参丸的自由基含量比对照提高一个数量级，１０ｄ后，降到对照差不多的水平；动物毒理试验，血液试验、内脏器官观察和病理检验，结果均无异常改变。Bacterial Amount of american ginseng capeule(AGC)pilis didn't surpass thesanitation standard issued by China,after AGC pilis were irradiated by￣(60)Co-γ rays,while saponincontent reduced 4.60%,the difference was not significant as compared with CK,and AGC freeradicle content increased by ten times,but decreased more or less level as CK,The results of animaltoxicant test, blood test,internal organ observation and pethology test were all normal.
