乳腺肉瘤临床表现与彩色多普勒超声征象分析(附11例分析)

摘　　要：目的:结合文献探讨不同病理类型乳腺肉瘤的临床特点以及彩色多普勒超声影像表现。方法:搜集临床资料完整的乳腺肉瘤11例,每例患者均经手术病理证实。结果:纤维肉瘤1例,病灶呈囊实性不均匀中低回声;淋巴肉瘤2例,超声检查病变显示为均匀或不均匀低回声;白血病乳腺浸润2例,1例呈双乳弥漫性浸润,超声检查主要表现为腺体组织弥漫性增厚与回声均匀性减低,另1例患者病灶呈多发球形,回声较低;叶状囊肉瘤6例,病灶多较大,呈分叶状不均匀中低回声。结论:乳腺肉瘤种类繁多,但不同类型的乳腺肉瘤具有其不同的临床超声影像特点。Objective： Combining document to analyse and probe clinical chracteristic and colour Doppler uhrasunographic sign in breast sarcoma.Methods：Collect breast sarcoma 11 eases, all the patients had complete medical history and colour Doppler ultrasonographic material.All the eases were confirmed by operation and pathology.Results： Fibrosarcoma 1 ease,the mass shown inhomogeneous cysto-solid lower middle echo in ultrasonography; Lymphusarcoma 2 cases, the focus shown even or uneven lower echo; Leukcsarcoma 2 cases, one was diffuse infiltration in bilateral breast, the adenoid tissue was diffuse thicken and the echo was homogeneous lower. Another patient,the focus shown multiple round,the echo was lower;Cystusarcoma pbyllodes of breast 6 eases.The focus was phylloid and almost very hrge,the echo was almost inhomogeneous lower middle on ultrasonography. Condusion： The type of breast sarcoma is varied, and different pathological sarcoma of breast has different clinical ultrasonographic imaging characteristics.
