摘  要:目的研究益脑通络胶囊对缺血再灌注大鼠弥散加权像及能量代谢的影响。方法运用脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠模型及磁共振弥散加权成像和波谱技术(MRS)。结果与模型组相比,益脑通络胶囊治疗组3h和5d的磁共振弥散加权像梗死灶的面积明显减小,而且强度也明显降低。1HMRS谱的乳酸峰值比模型组明显降低,N乙酰天门冬氨酸比模型组增大。结论益脑通络胶囊能够有效地改善缺血再灌注后能量代谢,改善脑缺血,减少神经元的功能受损及死亡。Objective To explore the effect of Yinaotongluo Capsule on diffuse weighting image and enenery metabolism of ischemia-reperfuing rat. Methods Magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI) and ^1H and magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) were performed in different brain regions in focal cerebral ischemic-reperfusion injury model rats. Results Yinaotongluo Capsule could significantly reduce the area and the intensity of infarction of rats by DWI 3 h and 5 d after treatment compared with the model group. The result of ^1H MRS examination demonstrated Lac peak was lower and NAA peak higher than that of the model group. Conclusion Yinaotongluo Capsule can effectually improve enenery metabolism during cerebral ischemia and reperfuing, so that to reduce the neuronal dysfunction and death in infarcts at the late stage.
