品质检测分级系统中的信号延时控制器的设计

摘　　要：由于自动化检测生产线上检测位置和分级位置空间上的差异,从计算机判别和分拣存在时间差,为此设计了一个基于8031单片机的信号延时控制器。采用了6片8253定时/计数器,不占用计算机系统资源,响应速度快,已用于生产实践。There is a distance between the detecting position and the grading position on the product line.The distance result in the difference between the computer detecting moment and the grading moment.So a controLLer for signal delaying was designed especially to meet the above demand.Base on 8031 micro-controller,It contains six 8253 timers and has a high responsing speed without occupying any resource of the main computer.It has been applied in practice.
