摘  要:目的探讨99mTc-MDP全身骨显像结合CT诊断鼻咽癌骨转移的临床价值。方法对120例鼻咽癌患者行核素99mTc-MDP全身骨显像和CT检查。结果120例鼻咽癌患者99mTc-MDP全身骨显像结合CT诊断骨转移的阳性率为60%(72/120),全身骨显像阳性率67.5%(81/120),假阳性率为7.5%(9/120);CT诊断阳性率为44.2%(53/120)。骨转移的部位以脊柱最多,其次为胸部、骨盆、四肢及颅骨。结论99mTc-MDP全身骨显像结合CT检查对于鼻咽癌临床诊断分期及治疗有重要意义,可作为鼻咽癌治疗前的常规检查。Objective To investigate the clinical value of the ^99mTc-MDP bone imaging and CT on skeletal metastases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who had not got treatment were undergone ^99mTc-MDP bone imaging and CT scan. Results Among the 120 cases, 60% of patients(72/120) were diagnosed as having skeletal metastases by the combination of ^99mTc-MDP bone imaging and CT, 67.5%(81/120) of patients were identified to be anomaly by ^99mTc-MDP bone imaging. The false positive rate of ^99mTc-MDP bone imaging was 7.5%. The positive rate of CT was 44.2%(53/120), The site of bone metastatic lesions was more common in spine,and the following sites were thorax, pelvis, limbs and skull. Conclusion Both ^99mTc-MDP bone imaging and CT scan should performed before treatment on patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. It is very important for evaluation of clinical stage and therapy combing with bone imaging and CT.
