摘　　要：分析了网络环境下图书馆信息参考咨询服务工作的新特点,就如何做好图书馆信息参考咨询服务工作进行了探讨,指出了网络环境下图书馆参考咨询工作存在的主要问题及解决对策。This paper analyzes on the new features of the reference service of the library under the network environment, probes into how to do well the reference service of the library under the network environment, and points out the main problems existing in the reference service of the library under the network environment and solving methods.
