摘　　要：从大学学术自治的起源谈起,挖掘学术自治相对性的根本原因,是大学的自然属性和社会属性共同作用的结果,即大学学术自治的相对性是由大学自身的发展规律所决定的,并结合中国大学学术自治的情况做了一些初步分析。Talking from the origin of university＇ s academic autonomy, this paper excavates that the essential origin of the relativity of the academic autonomy is the result of the common action of the natural attribute and the social attribute of the university, that is to say the relativity of university＇s academic autonomy is determined by the developing regularity of the university its own, and makes some primary analyses on the situation of Chinese university＇ s academic autonomy.
