摘　　要：目的探讨超声止血刀在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术中的应用价值。方法对135例有症状但需保留子宫的肌瘤患者应用超声刀、单极电凝行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术。结果所有病例均在腹腔镜下完成手术,其中单发肌瘤59例,多发76例,肌瘤最多为6个,直径在4～10cm间。平均手术时间各为(73.94±15.73)min、(85.5±20.34)min,平均出血量各为(65.7±15.22)ml、(88.23±18.0)ml,无1例手术并发症。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术是一种安全可行的手术,但基于良好的腔镜设备和娴熟的腔镜操作技巧,超声刀因其优异的性能,有省时便捷、损伤更小、安全性更高等优点,可广泛应用于妇科腔镜手术。Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonic scalpel in laparoseopie hysteromyomeetomy. Methods 135 eases with hysteromyoma wanted to remain uterus were operated by laparoseopic hysteromyomeetomy with ultrasonic scalpel and monopolar eleetrosurgery. Results All of the operations were successful perforated by laparoscopy, 59 cases were solitary, 76 eases were multiple, diameter from 4 em to 10 em, the mean of operation time was respectively （73.94± 15.73）nfln,（85.5 ±20.34 ）rain, the operative bleeding mean was respeetively（65.7 ± 15.22）m1,（88.23± 18.0）ml. All the patients recovered vdthout complication. Conclusion Laparoseopic hysteromyomectomy is safely based on well - equipped lapamseopie and practised techniques, ultra.sonic scalpel might be widely used in gyneeologie laparoscopy for the advantages of less operative time,smaller impairment and higher safety.
