摘　　要：论文简要介绍了地膜切割装备的组成部分,分析了影响地膜切割装备控制系统准确切割棉苗上方地膜的主要因素。针对这些复杂的因素论文采用模糊控制原理设计了控制系统,利用Matlab的模糊控制工具箱实现了该模糊控制器。采用Simulink构建结构图对控制系统进行仿真后的结果表明,利用模糊控制可以准确地确定切割的刀具编号与切割的时间。In this paper，the principle of the plastic film cutter is briefly discussed,and factors,which influence control system to accurately cut,are analyzed in detail，Then the control system is designed by the method of fuzzy control，and two fuzzy controllers are implemented through fuzzy logic toolbox of Matlab.Finally,dynamic simulations are realized with Simulink toolbox。The simulation results indicate that the fuzzy control system can accurately determine cutting time and cutter＇s number。
