摘　　要：利用26个省和直辖市的1992～2002年的PanelData数据,实证分析了基础教育水平、地区经济实力、人均资本等变量对地区外贸的影响,得出了当不考虑地区差异时基础教育对中国外贸的作用不明显、当考虑地区差异时基础教育水平对各地区的外贸有显著作用的结论。This paper is an empirical study of the impact on the performance of foreign trade in a specific region of various factors including level of basic education, local economic strength, and per capita capital stock. It concludes that, without considering regional disparities, basic education has little beating on China＇s foreign trade but it is otherwise strongly related to the performance of regional foreign trade.
