摘　　要：企业集群形式,既可以克服单个中小企业技术力量单薄等缺陷,又可以保持中小企业富有经营柔性的竞争优势,实现外部规模经济,具有整体竞争力。研究中小企业群的核心竞争力,有针对性地采取措施,已是当务之急。It is very difficult to run well to a single mid-small-enterprise. As a new form among enterprises, clusters can exert the advantage of legion mid-small enterprises, and gain economics of scale and flexible management with a low cost. So it is very urgent to study on the core competence of mid small enterprises cluster, and take some proper measures to speed clusters＇ development.
