摘  要:目的分析兔VX2软组织肿瘤CT灌注参数与肿瘤微血管密度(MVD)的相关性.材料与方法新西兰白兔8只,在双侧兔大腿接种VX2肿瘤,接种2周后CT灌注检查,然后单侧(右侧)局部大剂量放疗,左侧作为对照组.放疗后7~8 d做第二次CT灌注检查,随后取出肿瘤,用Weidner技术计算肿瘤标本的MVD.结果肿瘤的血流量(BF)、血容量(BV)和表面通透性(PS)的平均值均高于正常肌肉组织的相应值.VX2肿瘤放疗后,肿瘤MVD下降,BF、BV和PS值也随之下降,肿瘤的BF、PS、BV均与肿瘤MVD呈正相关.结论兔VX2肿瘤的BF、BV和PS均与肿瘤微血管密切相关,可作为反映肿瘤血管生成活性的替代指标.Objective To investigate the correlation between the CT perfusion and tumor microvascular density in rabbit VX2 soft-tissue tumor. Materials and Methods 8 male New Zealand Wbite rabbits were implanted with the VX2 soft tumor in bilateral thighs. CT perfusion were performed 2 weeks later. Subsequently, the radiation therapies were performed on the right thighs of implanted rabbits, while the tumors on the left thighs were regarded as a control group. The CT scans were performed 7 - 8 days after the radiation therapies. With the help of perfusion 2 software, BF, BV, MTT and PS mapping images were acquired. The mierovaseular densities (MVD) of the tumors were calculated using Weidner technique. Results The mean values of BF, BV and PS tumors were much higher in tumor than that of normal muscle tissues. The average values of BF, BV, PS of the tumors decreased after the radiation therapies, The BF, PS and BV were positive linear correlations with MVD of tumor. Conclusion There were positive linear correlations between BF, BV, PS and the MVD of the tumors in rabbits. The CT perfusion parameters could be regarded as a surrogate marker of tumor angiogenic activity, which is helpful on monitoring the effects of tumor radiation therapy.
