强的松龙治疗颞下颌关节骨关节病的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:评价强的松龙关节上腔注射对山羊颞下颌关节骨关节病的治疗效果。方法:将12只山羊的双侧颞下颌关节上腔一次性注射胶原酶诱导骨关节病变,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组6只,处死后对标本进行X线、组织学和扫描电镜观察,对治疗组疗效进行评价。结果:在光镜和扫描电镜下观察,对照组髁状突、关节盘、关节凹表现为骨关节病变化,治疗组表现出较对照组更严重的病理变化。结论:强的松龙关节上腔封闭能加重骨关节病的程度。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of intra-articular injection of prednisolone for treatment of temporomandibular joint（TMJ） osteoarthrosis of goats. Methods： The upper compartments of both joints of 12 goats were injected with collagenase only once to induce osteoarthrosis. The 12 goats were devided into control group and experimental group, 6 goats in each group. The TMJ of goats was examined with radiograph, scanning electron microscopy and microscopy when sacrificed, and scored in a subjective manner following the standard criteria which was a modification of the method of Mankin et al and Yoshimi et al. Resuit： There was a significant difference between control group and experimental group, with experimental group having more severe change examined from scanning electron microscopy and histologic scores. Conclusion： Intra-articular injection of prednisolone will worsen for articular cartilage repairation.
