摘　　要：经济制度伦理对于促进社会生活的健康运转、构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要的伦理价值。要充分发挥经济制度伦理的功能作用,必须注重经济伦理的制度建设。要从制度出发促进社会公平和正义,消除制度障碍,促进公平竞争环境;调整社会结构,完善社会保障体系;调整利益结构,建立具有均衡性的利益制度与机制,以建设一个公正、和谐、充满活力的社会。Economic system ethic has great value in protecting the normal running of the society and promoting the building of harmonious society. We should pay enough attention to the construction of economic system in order to call it into full play. System should be set up to protect justice and equity; social structure should be adjusted to improve social security system; distributing system should be balanced to construct a fair and harmonious society with abundant vigor.
