摘　　要：在社会竞争的环境下,青年大学生的压力越来越大,往往会产生一些不健康的心理,必须从树立正确的人生观,客观地自我评价、关心集体、团结互助中去引导,帮助青年大学生走上心理健康之路。The pressure of Youth College students is get ling heavier and heavier in the surrounding of society competition. And they offer cam produce some unhealthy psychology. To helping them, we must lead them to get out it by settling up the correct out took of on life. Let them appraise themselves objectively and Care collective, rally and help each other. At last, help the youth college students to move towards the way of healthy psychology.
