摘　　要：高职高专院校的特点决定其体育教学中应注重学生个性的培养,个性培养的核心是合理安排教学内容,贯彻区别对待、因材施教的原则。The characteristics of polytechnic colleges determine that during the process of P.E. teaching,the attention should be focused on the cultivation of students＇ personality. The core of the cultivation is to appropriately arrange the teaching contents,to carry through the principles of making a difference between the students and teaching them in accordance with their aptitudes.
